You hold yourself and drink more water for about two minutes, saying that you don't care about peeing on yourself and that you do it all the time. After that, you tell him to hold on a second, your about to pee your pants. You begin peeing, and you sigh and moan with relief and talk about how good it feels to pee. After you finish, you tell him that you feel much better.
